Energy Evaluation

Energy evaluation is of ever-growing value when it comes to an accurate assessment of investment in a property.

We already offer domestic and commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), energy assessments and energy management for residential, commercial and public buildings. In addition we now offer investors, or owners of single buildings right through to large property portfolios, a comprehensive and pragmatic building energy rating for the purpose of aiding the assessment of the risk of future or pending decisions.

The condition of the building is recorded and documented in an on-site inspection.

With regards to legal requirements and energy considerations, potential or investment risks will be evaluated in a report.

Our surveyors are fully qualified, each holding a university degree in Engineering.

We are ENERGIEEFFIZIENZ-EXPERTEN für Förderprogramme des Bundes, the highest registration and qualification in Germany.

We are also accredited by the dena (German Energy Agency) and BAFA (Federal Office of Economics and Export Control) Accreditation Scheme, which ensures that the very high standards set by the Communities and Local Government are adhered to. We are also a member of DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council).

We have the capacity to undertake EPC’s, energy assessments & management for any contract, from single building engagements through to large property portfolios.
