The range of services we offer includes, in particular, Property Surveys, Market Valuations, Balance Sheet Valuations, Portfolio and Property Analyses (Due Diligence), in accordance with national and international property valuation standards.

We provide commercial and residential property services ranging from single properties to large property portfolios.

Our surveyors and valuers are committed not only to the very high standards of professional conduct demanded by DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024, but also to our own rigorous service standards and to a programme of ongoing professional training.
We are also a member of DVW (German Association of Surveying) and bvfi. Holding university degrees in Engineering or Economics, we are fully qualified to carry out surveys, valuations and analysis of commercial and residential properties.

We have invested in the latest technology so that we can receive instructions and return completed survey reports electronically to speed up the process.
